We assist young adults with special needs by providing access to goods and services to enrich their lives and bring fulfillment and joy.
Connor’s Hope may provide funding for dependent young adults with disabilities to have access and seamless delivery of those goods and services which may provide them with more independence, or provide activities that promote health and joy.
